Pin-up is back and oh-so-big. This issue of the NYC-based architecture and design magazine is focused on ‘Big Design’. The design time truly knocked it out of the park with this oversized design and protective sleeve.

Looking inside you’ll see locals who combine art and functional design, a textile deep dive and envy-inducing photo spreads.

One of the absolute staples in the indie magazine world, McSweeny’s has been publishing their literary quarterly since 1998! A feat!

Not only do they set the standard for their editorial curation, but they consistently push the boundaries of editorial design. Past issues have been composed of ‘junk mail’, a auditory issue with a complete sound experience to match the physical and even a lunchbox.

While some issues are curated around themes, this particular one (with a lovely embroidered hard cover) is a good representation of their overall curation style. As a longtime fan, we’re beyond thrilled to start carrying McSweeney’s as a regular title.
